Condolences to my McLeansboro friends and former students
July 26th, 2007One of my former students, Jordan Gray, 20, died in a car accident yesterday morning. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends in McLeansboro. You are all in my prayers.
I don’t pray, but I’d like to offer my condolences and sympathies to the Gray family as well as you, Tim.

Very sad situation. I don’t think I’ve lost any other classmates… me and him were friendly, but never close. I hadn’t talked to him since high school… I just hope he had his house in order and had made his peace with God.
Jordan was a crazy kid! He was the life of every group he was in and probably the biggest class clown in our high school. When you are 20, you just assume you are going to live to a ripe old age. This was definitely an eye opener. It just goes to show that we are not promised tomorrow. I hadn’t seen him since a night class we had together in the fall but he will certainly be missed.
