Its all part of an elaborate ruse by Bauer. He needs to go to jail to help break out a high ranking member of a mexican drug cartel. He needs to do this so he can go back to mexico and stop the brother from selling a deadly nerve toxin to the bad guys.
Oh wait they alread covered this plot back in Season 3. Proceed as normal folks.
I still love 24 though. I don’t think it will change how I view the show at all.
Everyone makes mistakes. I’m proud that he has manned up and is taking his medicine. He isn’t whining and crying about it. I’m looking forward to 24!
