Suddenly not feeling so stupid anymore. I may not do well on a civics test, but…
what a moron!
I hate it when that happens.
you ever take thumb tacs and scatter them on your kitchen floor, then roll around on them. Gosh how I hate when that happens.
What an idiot, I am sure his girlfriend is real impressed to.
Why are we so fast to call someone an idiot? Let us all wait until all the details come out before ‘judging’ this man. Thanks in advance.
“Idiot?” If having a pet rattlesnake doesn’t qualify, putting one in your mouth for any possible reason would. Doing it while drunk doesn’t make it any less so.
“Matt Wilkenson admitted that he made a poor decision, but he’d been drinking and messing around with friends and apparently lost some common sense.
“It’s actually kind of my own stupid fault,” he told KGW.”
I’d say that’s enough details. This man deserves a “Darwin” award.
Ahh, good times.
Well the year’s not over yet but this would surely be hard to top!
I think this tops it.
j razz
I’d say what j razz posted tops it as well. Ouch.
Boy, that’s really stupid. They both deserve Darwin Awards.
I think this tops them both:
BOSTON (AP) - An MIT student with what police feared was a fake
bomb attached to her chest was arrested at gunpoint Friday at Logan
International Airport and later claimed it was artwork, officials
said.
Star Simpson, 19, had a computer circuit board and wiring in
plain view over a black hooded sweat shirt she was wearing, said
State Police Maj. Scott Pare, the commanding officer at the
airport.
“She said that it was a piece of art and she wanted to stand
out on career day,” Pare said at a news conference. “She claims
that it was just art, and that she was proud of the art and she
wanted to display it.”
Simpson was charged with disturbing the peace and possessing a
hoax device, and was to be arraigned in East Boston District Court
later Friday.
“I’m shocked and appalled that somebody would wear this type of
device to an airport,” Pare said.
Simpson was “extremely lucky she followed the instructions or
deadly force would have been used,” Pare said. “She’s lucky to be
in a cell as opposed to the morgue.”
