Sprind gets 14 years
March 18th, 2009Billy Sprind, a killer who has taken the lives of two innocent people because of his love for driving while drunk, was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Monday. That was the maximum penalty he could have received, so that’s good. It’s also unfortunate, because he ought to be locked up for life.
