WorldNetDaily: Justices ‘erase’ key clause from Constitution

So much for liberals and their support for the “little guy.” Thanks to this ridiculous ruling by the Supreme Court — that totally throws the U.S. Constitution out the window — local governments can force you to sell your property for commercial development.

Scary indeed that the government can now take your property for private uses and not just public uses. With this ruling, I really don’t see any limits left on the government to take one’s property. Nice to see that it was the conservative members (Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas, and O’Connor) who were looking out for the little guy.

Maybe with more conservative justices we can cease from making this unconstitutional rulings!
